Are your products federally legal?
Yes. Mr. Moxey’s products are developed using federally legal hemp inputs. The 2018 Farm Bill states that it is legal to produce and sell products with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, as long as it contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight.
What is Hemp THC?
THC derived from hemp is identical to that from marijuana. Just as caffeine can be sourced from either guarana or coffee, THC can come from marijuana or hemp. And as long as it’s hemp-derived and under the 0.3% THC by weight limit it’s completely compliant with federal guidelines.
